Who
We Are
The Placer Collaborative Network (PCN) is a voluntary association
of Placer County 's government agencies, education agencies, non-profit
organizations, and for-profit businesses dedicated to improving the
quality of service each agency or organization provides to its clients
and customers. It includes representatives from the fields of health
and human services, education, child care, employment and training,
transportation, law enforcement, probation, and the business community.
The membership also includes individuals and community leaders from
the faith community and neighborhood groups. |

Accomplishments
- Created comprehensive screening tools and pocket studies to
identify gaps in the community.Assisted in the creation of 6 Family Resource Centers in Placer
County.Generated over $500,000 in funds to help achieve our collective
mission.
- Assisted in the creation of the PCOH and partnership with faith-based
organizations to expand services to the homeless.

Placer
Community Foundation
The Placer Collaborative Network is a project of the Placer
Community Foundation. The Placer Community Foundation's mission
is to encourage philanthropy for the betterment of communities in
our region. It works with donors to create charitable endowments and
distributes grants to nonprofit organizations residing throughout
the Western Slope of Placer County. |
