2012 Placer Collaborative Network Outstanding Collaboration Awards
The 5th Annual Placer Collaborative Network Outstanding Collaboration Award will be given to a project or organization that has demonstrated outstanding collaboration. The award will be presented at the Annual PCN Retreat on December 5, 2012 at Mercy Center Auburn in Auburn, CA. The winner will be presented with a plaque and a permanent spotlight on this page.
The Annual Placer Collaborative Network Outstanding Collaboration Award is awarded to any project or human service organization in Placer County that demonstrates outstanding collaboration and contributions in the following areas:
Any human service organization or agency in Placer County that has and is working collaboratively with other groups to implement a project that benefits our community.
Anyone can nominate an organization or project for the PCN Collaborator’s Award. You can nominate your own organization, or an organization/project that you know about. If you are nominating an organization or project other than your own, you are encouraged to contact those organizations/cohorts to enlist their help in presenting a thorough and accurate representation of the collaboration work.
Submit an application including your contact information, the organization’s contact information, a description of the collaborative structure between organizations, and a nomination application.
Submit your materials no later than 5 pm on November 27, 2012. You may submit them via email or by mail to Gail Catlin, PCN Coordinator, c/o Nonprofit Resource Center, 1331 Garden Highway, Sacramento, CA 95833.
Join us at the Annual PCN Retreat, December 5, 2012 at the Mercy Center Auburn, 535 Sacramento Street. Auburn, CA 95603. (Register to attend.) We’ll announce the winner at our luncheon.
